What a Salary Slip Must Contain
A salary slip (payslip) is the monthly statement an employer issues showing how an employee's pay was arrived at. To be usable as proof of income for a loan, visa or a new job, it should carry:
- Company name, logo and registered address
- The pay period — month and year
- Employee name and employee ID
- Paid days and loss of pay (LOP) days
- An itemised list of earnings and deductions
- Gross earnings, total deductions and net pay
- Net pay repeated in words, and the payment date
Built to Keep Salary Data Private
Salary is sensitive information, and most free payslip tools ask you to hand it over before you get a file back. This one doesn't.
- Every calculation runs in your browser's JavaScript engine
- The logo you pick is read locally with the FileReader API — it is never uploaded
- The PDF is rendered on your device, not on a server
- Nothing is stored — close the tab and the data is gone
- No sign-up, no email, no watermark on the output

- Conveyance / Transport Allowance

Deductions
- Provident Fund (EPF) — 12% of basic + DA from the employee
