What features are included in the free plan?

The free Startup plan includes all core SnapHRM modules — employee management, leave tracking, attendance, payroll, expense management, recruiting, and more. It covers up to 5 employees with regular updates. Custom domain, unlimited inactive employees, and chat support are available on paid plans.

How are employees counted towards billing?

We count the number of Active employees at the end of each billing cycle. Employees who do not work in your organization can be marked as Inactive and they are not taken into account for billing.

For annual subscriptions, you need to pay the balance amount for upgrading your tier. For example, if you are on the Standard Plan's annual subscription and have 25 employees, to add another employee you will need to pay the balance amount of the Premium Plan for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Can I try SnapHRM for free?

Of course! SnapHRM is free for up to 5 employees. Sign up for a new SnapHRM account to get started. If you love it (and we think you will), you can continue using SnapHRM simply by providing us with your payment details.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. For customers on an annual subscription plan, we also accept bank transfers or cheques.

What's the difference between Cloud and SnapHRM Pro?

In the Cloud option, we host and set up SnapHRM in the cloud for you. This is generally the best option for teams who want to get started quickly and easily, and for teams who don't want to manage the technical complexity of hosting themselves.

In the Self-Hosted option, you host SnapHRM Pro on your own hardware and you're able to customize your setup however you'd like. This is generally the best option for teams who want to manage all the details of the setup and don't mind the additional complexity of hosting themselves.

Is biometric device integration possible with SnapHRM? +

Yes, SnapHRM supports biometric device integration for attendance tracking. You can connect compatible biometric devices to automatically sync clock-in/clock-out data. Contact our team for setup assistance and compatible device details.

Can I export payroll data to Excel? +

Yes, SnapHRM allows you to export your employees' payroll data in Excel format. You can also view group-wise salary breakdowns and manage increments and promotions directly from the payroll module.
