Can employees only see their own data?

Yes. SnapHRM uses role-based access control. Employees can only view their own leave balance, attendance, and documents. Managers can see their team's data. Admins have full access. Privacy is built in.

Do employees need training to use the portal?

No. The interface is designed for non-technical users. Applying for leave takes three clicks. Marking attendance is one tap on the mobile app. We have never had a startup say their team could not figure it out.

Can I set up approval workflows?

Yes. You can configure who approves leave requests for each employee or department. Multi-level approvals are supported. Managers get email and in-app notifications for pending requests.
