SnapHRM is a software as a service (SAAS) Human Resource
management solution designed to be fast and easy to use.
It makes doing common tasks faster,
provides a comprehensive employee self service
portal, and allows managing job applications,

updates are provided free of cost.
SnapHRM is intended for Small and Medium Business
with up to a few hundred employees. While you can
still use SnapHRM
for larger teams, it will most probably fall short
of features required to manage large teams. We

SnapHRM regularly takes backup on daily and weekly
basis. Also, we have recovery servers for any
Froiden Technologies Private Limited (developer and
maintainer of SnapHRM) guarantees 99.99% up-time
(excluding any scheduled/emergency maintenance).
Your data is completely safe with us. SnapHRM
high data security which ensures that your data is
secure and private.
SnapHRM offers a single, straightforward pricing
plan for cloud version: Free up to 10 employees
and then manage unlimited employees at a fixed monthly price.
SnapHRM does not offer yearly pricing. At end of each month,
we bill you according to the number of employees
you have added to the system.
SnapHRM also provides two self-hosted solutions:
On-Premise and Multi-Company. These have
one time fees.
In On-Premise plan, the software will be hosted on
server of your choice (as against cloud solutions
where software is hosted on our servers).
In this plan, the security and up-time will be your
concern. You should go for this plan if you cannot
store employee data on third party servers
because of company policies, or you want to support
large number of employees.
SnapHRM Multi-Company version allows you to manage
multiple companies or branches of your organization from
a single dashboard. Each company has its own admins (HR Managers)
and data between multiple companies is not shared. So, the employees
and managers of a particular company see only their data.
Yes, you are allowed to make modifications to self-hosted version.
However, all modifications should be for your own use only. You cannot
create copies of the code and/or resell it. If you want to create another installation
you need to purchase a separate license for it.
